Remuneration received includes salary and other allowances, bonus/ex-gratia, rent aid, electricity charges paid, medical reimbursements, leave travel concession, encashment of leave, Company’s contribution to provident fund, gratuity fund and uperannuation fund, premium for accident policy, club fees and the monetary value of perquisites with regard to accommodation & furniture calculated in accordance with the provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961 and the rules made thereunder.
3. None of the above employees is a relative of any director of the Company.
