Share transfers of physical Shares are generally registered within a maximum period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt provided the documents are complete in all respects. With a view to expedite the share transfer process, certain executives have been delegated with the authority to approve any single transfer not exceeding 10,000 shares. Single transfers above 10,000 shares are approved by the '
Share Transfer and Finance Committee'. The company's Registrar & Share Transfer Agent dispatches the transferred shares to the transferees immediately after the transfers take place.
